His work spans every asset class — retail, office, industrial, residential, and mixed-use — giving him the range to craft creative strategies for clients from small companies to large institutions. As founder of The Riverstone Group, David is energized by creating places where companies and individuals flourish through both the science and art of real estate development.

Outside the Office

David and his wife Elaine live in Franklin, TN; they have three adult children and a grandson. His break dancing days are over, but he still rocks a mean robot.

Ryan brings more than 15 years in project management, residential and commercial construction, and lease negotiations to the development process.

Experience

His hands-on experience, analytical mindset, and attention to detail bring accuracy and confident leadership to every project. A great listener who genuinely cares about people, Ryan builds authentic relationships across the industry and sees complex projects through to completion.

Outside the Office

Ryan and his wife Sarah live in Franklin, TN, with their four children. In his spare time he loves the outdoors, watching football, and projects around the house.

Emily helps lead operations at The Riverstone Group, drawing on more than a decade of business ownership in hospitality.

Experience

Her years as a business owner give her a distinctive lens on commercial real estate, and a deep care for clients and guests. Emily oversees project management and assists with marketing, bringing creativity, organization, and a passion for lifelong learning to every field she touches.

Outside the Office

Emily and her husband Steve have a seven-year-old daughter and three dogs.

Joel brings a knowledge and passion for sustainability to The Riverstone Group, grounded in a B.A. in Sustainable Development from Appalachian State University.

Experience

His work ranges from building a solar-powered biodiesel generator that still fuels ASU’s buses to co-founding a Nashville music festival — featured in The New York Times and Forbes as the “greenest” in North America. Joel blends creative energy and marketing with a natural gift for connecting people, helping clients reach their goals while shaping communities built for social well-being, environmental stewardship, and lasting impact.

Drew brings over 35 years in commercial real estate across asset management, leasing, property operations, and finance.

Experience

As VP of Asset Management for Healthpeak Properties (NYSE: DOC), he oversaw a nationwide life-science portfolio as it grew from 7 to 10 million square feet. At The Riverstone Group he applies that experience and analytical rigor to advancing projects and serving clients through financial modeling, project management, and select brokerage.

Outside the Office

Drew and his wife Sally live in Brentwood, TN; they have three adult children and a grandchild.

Lindsey pairs a strong background in business ownership, property management, and asset management with a strategic, relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate.

Experience

After running a successful company with her husband, Tommy, for seven years, she moved into real estate operations and developed a deep understanding of investment strategy, tenant relations, and portfolio performance. As a broker, Lindsey believes long-term success is built through collaboration, clear communication, and adding value to every partnership.

Outside the Office

Lindsey and her husband enjoy life with their two children and their dog.

Alexis is a multidisciplinary professional spanning hospitality management, property valuation, and creative brand and web design.

Experience

Her career began in hospitality, where she built strong client relations and organizational skills, before moving into property valuation in Australia and developing analytical expertise in real estate markets. At The Riverstone Group she supports the team as an Executive Assistant — focused on coordination, project management, and marketing — combining precision and creativity to keep operations running smoothly.

Outside the Office

Alexis lives in Madrid, Spain. In her spare time she loves baking and playing padel.
